Robert J. Breit

Robert Breit was born in Omaha and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Robert has been a Sioux Falls resident since 1975 where he currently resides with his wife and 2 children. Robert received his law degree from the University of South Dakota in 1994 and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1991 from the University of South Dakota.

He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of South Dakota and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit.

Robert has been practicing law at Breit & Boomsma, P.C. since 1994. His practice focuses mainly on commercial and retail Sioux Falls collections. Other practice areas include personal injuries, landlord/tenant, business litigation, business/corporation law, subrogation, replevins, criminal defense and wills/trusts.
